My new thing! Gardening! I do container gardening! Plants in pots coz I live in an apartment! We should have a thread dedicated to queries on gardening so newbies like me can ask stuff and gardening pros can share their knowledge.

Can someone tell me if I can have a tomato plant in a 3 gallon pot that already has other small flowering plants? because I found a tomato plant that ( i think its roma coz i put some in another pot )has been growing in a pot meant for small flowering plants like bachelor's button and chinese forget me not. Should I remove it to a 1 gallon milk jug? Or will it do better where it is?
